Use
1. Glass lining is a corrosion-resistant layer made of glaze containing silica after multiple metal surface spraying and high temperature ignition. So glass lining equipment has both the chemical stability of glass and the pressure-bearing of steel container, and can be used in various chemical reactions of gaseous, liquid and liquid-solid, such as reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthetic extraction, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, oxidation, nitration, etc. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, metallurgy, national defense, scientific research and other departments instead of expensive stainless steel and nonferrous metals.
2. Should not be used in the storage and reaction of the following mediums:
(1) Hydrofluoric acid in any concentration and temperature.
(2) PH value higher than 12 and temperature above 100 ℃ lye.
(3) Concentration higher than 30%, temperature more than or equal to 180℃ phosphoric acid.
(4) Acid-base alternating reaction (neutralization reaction excluded).
(5) Other medium with fluoride ion.
(6) Phosgene and other highly toxic medium.

Transportation, storage and installation
Glass lining layer has a certain mechanical impact strength, but it is a brittle material. Harsh working conditions do not allow any small flaw. Therefore, in order to ensure the equipment using performance, there should be effective measures in transportation, storage and installation.

1. Only bearing can be used in lifting. Carry on lifting hook specified part. No collision with other object and hanging with care.
2. It is better to store the equipment indoor. In outdoor storage, pay attention to cover and avoid knocking, sunlight and rain. 3. For storage in winter, check if there is water in the tank and thermowell to avoid damage caused by freezing.
4. In equipment installation in place, life flat. No rolling and other unsafe methods.
5. In the installation, install the blender in the cover to test. Put the shaft seal radial play eccentricity to the minimum range to facilitate the seal. Screw the locking nut after the assembling of blender and reducer to avoid blender loose. After the installation of blender, reducer and shrub cover, run trial operation on the holder and assemble with tank after normal trial operation.
6. The fasteners and clips of the equipment should be symmetrical. Fasten evenly and gradually.
No welding on lined glass outer wall.
7. When installing nozzle, ensure that the jet direction and blender rotation direction are opposite. Nozzle entrance water pressure should be no less than 0.15MPa, flow no less than 100-150L/min. Hydraulic nozzle is only suitable for cooling process, not steam heating process.
8. After the installation of the equipment. Carry out empty operation after checked. For the equipment with working pressure higher than ordinary pressure, take hydraulic pressure test and air tightness test according to the requirements of GB7994-87 and GB7995-87.

Function and maintenance
1. Prevent any metal hard object falling into the container in feeding.
2. Avoid hot material in cold tank and cold material in hot tank.
3. In the use of jacketed glass lining equipment, heat and pressurize slowly. Keep 0.1mpa for 10 minutes and slowly rose to work pressure.
4. In equipment heating and cooling, use temperature difference condition according to the provisions.
5. If the discharge hole is blocked, use stick or soft object to clear. It is prohibited to use metal tools to shovel or heat.
6. Wear soft-soled shoes into the equipment. Take strict precaution against tool falling to damage glass lining surface.
7. Finish the use of detergent in the jacket as soon as possible and wash repeatedly till the test residue is neutral.
8. Regularly check glass lining surface. If damage is discovered, stop using immediately to repair. Used equipment should be cleaned and draw off the liquid in the equipment.
